Maddux Electric Co. was founded in 1981 by Jerry Maddux. Jerry started in residential and soon after grew into the commercial market with concentration on restaurants, like Shoney’s, Cracker Barrels.

In 1992 became incorporated and to this day operates as Maddux Electric Co.Inc. We continued in the commercial and restaurant space. Then in 1995 Maddux wired its first Kroger grocery store in Nashville. From there we became the prominent grocery store contractor in Middle Tn.
