"Special Projects Division  of Maddux Electric " is a division within our organization that specializes in electrical contracting services . This will encompass a wide range of services, such as designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems for unique or complex projects. This will also include large-scale construction projects underground infrastructure  for Commercial and Industrial facilities. The "special projects"  will focus on non-standard or particularly challenging assignments that require specialized expertise and resources with in the electrical field including but not limited to:

- Building Automation Systems installations including temperature  and Lighting control.

- Healthcare Facilities Automation systems the are critical to support Life and Patient care.

- Green Renewable Energy Systems including Solar power and EV Charging stations

- Commercial/Industrial Underground duct banks for power and data/com infrastructure

- Commercial/Industrial maintenance

- Large to Medium Motor additions and replacements

- Redundant generator systems

- Switchgear upgrades
